Our recent project – two Mitsubishi Electric split systems installation at Balmain area.
Last week we replaced an old air conditioner and added another one for a house in the Balmain area.
Customers wanted the outdoor units (condenser) to be hidden under the decking as this place had a very narrow sideway. We did measurements and found out that only Mitsubishi Electric would fit under the floor space. The wide open area under the house allows the perfect air flow and performance of the aircons won’t be affected. Also we leveled the soil and placed the outdoor units on the polylabs to protect the bottom from rust and corrosion. Also that house already had a multi system Mitsubishi Electric and the customer asked to add a wi-fi for each of the split systems so it could be linked to the common ME cloud. Indoor units have a capacity of 2.5kw that is enough for a small and mid size bedroom and they have compact style that fits any interior.
