Our team recently installed a split system for a rental property in the block of apartments in the Rozelle area.
The Customer wanted some budget friendly AC solutions for his rental property so we suggested installing the split system Rinnai. It comes with a 5 years warranty so whatever happens to the unit will be covered by warranty policy of the manufacturer (Rinnai). This split system has all basic functions like heating and cooling and looks pretty neat inside the apartment's interior.
