Our recent project – Daikin split system installation in a house at Rozelle.
That house has a wide spacious living room combined with the kitchen and the whole back wall is made of tempered glass so on a hot summer day that area heats up like a ‘greenhouse’. Our team suggested installing the Daikin 7kw split system Cora model. The reason we suggested the Cora over Light model is that this particular model has a stronger indoor unit airflow that boosts the air exchange in the area and provides efficient air circulation. Also the running costs matter especially these days when the energy prices rise up with every quarter.
The only place the indoor unit could fit was the space above the kitchen cabinet close to the corner as this position of the indoor unit performs the best airflow spreading. The Cora model has the same functions as the basic Daikin split system but also has a ‘smart-eye’ feature that allows it to automatically redirect the airflow from the person sitting right at the front of the aircon.
The outdoor unit liftd and installed on the wall mounted brackets above the lower roof and kinda concealed by the plants so it’s not visible from the street.
